We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ufa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month, with free visa and ticket provided for foreigners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify potential clients and build relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and motivate sales team members to ensure they meet their individual targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and production to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis methods
- Willingness to travel for business meetings or conferences if required
