Job Title: Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Nizwa. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, grade and move earth, rock, gravel or other materials. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining the equipment, following safety procedures and regulations, and communicating with other team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators
- Valid operator's license/certification
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, or other excavations according to project plans
- Load and unload materials using the excavator's bucket or attachments such as hammers or grapples
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols at all times and ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks effectively
- Maintain a clean work area by removing debris and performing routine maintenance on equipment
- Adhere to project deadlines and complete tasks efficiently
- Keep accurate records of materials moved, hours worked, and any incidents that occur

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position open for all nationalities. Please note that proficiency in English is required for this role.
