Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing our company's computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions
- Develop, test, and implement new computer systems or updates to existing systems
- Collaborate with IT department to troubleshoot technical issues
- Train employees on how to use new or updated computer systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functioning
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or changes as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
