Collector
As a Collector for our company in Nakuru, Kenya, you will be responsible for collecting outstanding debts from customers. This is a full-time position suitable for men with experience in debt collection. You will need to have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet set targets. You will be expected to maintain accurate records of all collections and provide regular reports to management. This position does not include accommodation, but we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, or in person to collect overdue payments
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers who are unable to pay their full debt
- Maintain accurate records of all collections and update customer information as needed
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and progress towards targets
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to collections

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in debt collection
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet set targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be eligible for visa sponsorship
