Automotive Body Repair Master

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Body Repair Master to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to remove dents, replace damaged parts, and perform bodywork and painting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess repair needs
- Use various tools and techniques to remove dents and straighten damaged body panels
- Replace or repair damaged parts such as fenders, bumpers, doors, etc.
- Perform bodywork to smooth out imperfections and prepare the surface for painting
- Mix paint colors to match the original color of the vehicle
- Apply paint using different techniques such as spraying or brushing
- Buff and polish painted surfaces for a smooth finish
- Ensure all repairs are done according to manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive body repair
- Knowledge of different tools and techniques used in body repair
- Ability to read blueprints and follow repair manuals
- Experience with frame straightening is a plus
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
