As an Office Manager in our dynamic and growing company, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Faro, Portugal. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and have proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience in office management is required and owning a valid work visa for Portugal is preferred. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for organization and teamwork, we want to hear from you!
