Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager for our company in Clairvaux. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution. You will be expected to lead a team of workers and ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not required)

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
