A well-established Indian restaurant in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, specifically in Indian cuisine, and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, budget, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Create weekly schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies as needed.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials that reflect the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
