IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Mauren. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure, systems, and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, and identifying and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Identify areas for improvement in current systems and processes and implement new technologies to increase efficiency
- Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place to protect against potential risks or threats
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make strategic recommendations for the company's IT infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, databases, and security protocols
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Mauren (visa sponsorship available)
Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
Experience Level: Entry-level/No experience required (open to students)
Nationality: Kenyan preferred but not required.
