IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology needs of our company. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our technology systems are running efficiently and effectively to support the daily operations of our business. Your duties will include managing and maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating IT projects, and staying up-to-date with industry developments. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's information technology needs
- Oversee hardware and software systems to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise
- Coordinate IT projects and ensure timely completion
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and make recommendations for improvements
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security
- Train team members on new technology systems or updates
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
