Job Title: Seasonal Waiter/Waitress in Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Khasab, Oman for a seasonal position. This is an English speaking job open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Canadians.

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking food and drink orders from customers, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. You will also be responsible for setting up tables, restocking supplies, and handling payments.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant or hotel environment. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are essential for this role. You should also have the ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once.

This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1200$ per month, plus tips. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their food and drink orders
- Ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks to customers
- Check on customers during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Set up tables and restock supplies as needed
- Handle payments from customers using cash or credit card machines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preference will be given to candidates with hospitality training)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Fluent in English (Knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
- Must be legally eligible to work in Oman
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per schedule
