Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Eschen. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time while maintaining high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods
- Monitor progress and provide guidance to ensure compliance with project plans
- Manage construction contracts and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Communicate with stakeholders regularly to keep them informed of project status
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Solid knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid driver's license

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that requires working on-site during regular business hours (Monday-Friday). The salary for this position is $1200 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
