IT Manager

As an IT Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our technology infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security and backups are in place to protect against potential threats or disasters
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements for our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for optimization and implement necessary changes
- Manage budgets for IT expenses, including hardware, software, and personnel costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in managing information technology systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of network administration, database management, security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Gujrat (willingness to relocate preferred)
