Job Title: IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Gujrat. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall technology strategy and operations of our company. Your role will involve managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and networks, and implementing new technologies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our systems and networks, ensuring their reliability, security, and efficiency
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Evaluate current technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to keep our company at the forefront of innovation
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance their processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for software, hardware, and other technology needs
- Monitor IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while providing high-quality services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience in an IT management role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and other related technologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
