We are hiring a skilled Typesetter to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and graphics for various printed materials such as books, newspapers, and magazines. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and possess strong technical skills in typography and design software.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize design software to format text and images according to specific layout requirements
- Collaborate with editors, writers, and graphic designers to understand project goals
- Review final proofs for errors or discrepancies before printing
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing throughout the document
- Make adjustments to layout as needed based on client feedback or design changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or in a similar role
- Proficiency in typography and design software such as Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
