Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Bungoma. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Bungoma, Kenya (preference given to local candidates)

Note: This position does not require fluency in English, but proficiency is preferred. Foreign candidates are welcome to apply, but must have the necessary work permits for Kenya.
