Excavator Operator

We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of excavation equipment on construction sites. Your main duties will include digging, moving and loading materials, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavation equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, and front-end loaders
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the proper locations for digging and grading
- Safely maneuver equipment in tight spaces and around obstacles
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations on the job site
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators or similar equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Please note that accommodation is not provided.
