Key responsibilities:

- Provide coaching and support to team members to help them reach their full potential
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork
- Serve as a liaison between the team and upper management

- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work under pressure
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members
- Understanding of project management principles
- Fluency in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
