Hotel Sales Manager

We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Lahore. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies in line with the hotel's budget and goals
- Identify potential new clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities for growth
- Attend networking events, conferences, trade shows, and other promotional activities to promote the hotel's services
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to achieve their goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
