Part-Time QA Engineer
Location: Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. Your main responsibilities will include designing and executing test plans, identifying and reporting software defects, and working closely with the development team to troubleshoot issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans for new software features and updates
- Perform manual testing on web applications, mobile apps, and other software products
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with the development team to investigate and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate test results and product quality to stakeholders
- Continuously improve testing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Experience with manual testing techniques for web applications, mobile apps, and APIs
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Proficient in writing clear test cases/scripts based on requirements/specifications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
