Entry-Level Baker


We are seeking an entry-level Baker to join our team in Almada. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to our recipes and quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and accommodation is provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Knead, roll, cut, and shape dough
- Bake breads, pastries, and desserts in ovens
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy trays
- Attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Time management skills for meeting production deadlines
