As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing a team of kitchen staff. Your creativity and expertise will shine through in every dish that leaves our kitchen.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends
- Plan and execute menus for daily service, special events, and catering functions
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures
- Order and maintain inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operation
- Ensure quality control of all dishes before they are served to guests
- Manage food cost by monitoring portion sizes, waste management, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or in a similar role within a high-end establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience in fine dining cuisine
- Knowledgeable about food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor others
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
