Smelter Operator

We are seeking a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Smelter Operator, your main responsibility will be to operate and maintain the smelting equipment in our production facility. You will be responsible for monitoring the smelting process, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring that production targets are met.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor smelting equipment according to established procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ensure that production targets are met by maintaining efficient and safe operation of the smelting process
- Record data and maintain accurate production records
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and communicate any shortages or delays to management
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating smelting equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime as needed

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but assistance can be offered in finding suitable housing.
