Smelter Operator



We are hiring a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining furnaces and other equipment used to melt and refine metals. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate smelting furnaces according to production schedules
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and flow of raw materials
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities
- Make adjustments to controls as necessary for optimal performance
- Ensure proper handling and storage of metal ingots
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Smelter Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of furnace operations and metal refining processes
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy loads and work in hot environments
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English

Salary: 1500$ per month
