Waiter/Waitress (Temporary)


We are currently seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team on a temporary basis in our busy restaurant in Mombasa. Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Handle customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Process payments using POS system
- Upsell additional items or specials to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be fluent in English and have basic knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Must be legally eligible to work in Kenya
- Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
$1300 per month
