We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff
- Create schedules and assign duties to staff members
- Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items
- Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong customer service skills
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
