Junior Web Developer - Washington, USA

We are hiring a motivated and talented Junior Web Developer to join our team in Washington. As a Junior Web Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing and user-friendly websites. Your primary focus will be front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You will also work closely with our design team to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with designers to ensure designs are translated accurately into code
- Optimize website performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in web development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect code
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferences:
- Prior experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation
- Familiarity with back-end languages such as PHP or Ruby on Rails
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

Salary: $1700 per month
