Concierge Coordinator - Nakuru, Kenya
As a Concierge Coordinator in Nakuru, Kenya, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests from India who are visiting the city. You will work closely with the concierge team to ensure that all guest requests and needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests from India upon arrival at the hotel
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide recommendations and assistance with local tours, restaurants, and activities
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as needed
- Ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations for guests' stay
- Monitor inventory of supplies for concierge services
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Salary: $1600 USD per month (paid in local currency)
