Tiling Specialist


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Tiling Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality tiling services to our clients in Faro, and we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for excellence. As a Tiling Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles in various settings, including residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles accurately according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces by removing old tiles and cleaning the area
- Install tiles using appropriate adhesives and techniques
- Repair or replace damaged or broken tiles
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues to come up with creative tiling solutions
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tiler or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different tile materials, patterns, and installation techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design plans
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements
- Physical stamina and dexterity for working with heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills for working with clients and team members

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per week for this contract position. Payment will be made weekly upon completion of assigned tasks.

This job is located in Faro, a beautiful coastal city known for its historical landmarks, sandy beaches, and delicious seafood. Our office is conveniently located near public transportation.

Contract Job:
This position is on a contract basis with the possibility of extension based on performance and company needs. As a contractor, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule and work remotely if needed.
