Industrial Architect


We are a prestigious architectural firm located in the bustling city of Las Vegas, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and construction documents using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess feasibility of proposed designs and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry developments, new materials, and construction techniques to continuously improve designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect in a reputable firm
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to industrial structures
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
