Urgent Turner in Lisbon (Visa Sponsorship Available)

We are urgently seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Lisbon. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools to shape and create metal parts according to specifications. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of machined parts
- Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and depth of cut
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of machining techniques and various metals
- Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Available for urgent jobs with flexible working hours
- Valid work visa for Portugal or willing to relocate with visa sponsorship
