Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Gujrat. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met. You should have a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively convey your ideas to clients and team members. This is a part-time position that requires a high level of creativity and attention to detail. Prior experience is not necessary, but candidates with a biometric passport will be given preference. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of any on-site projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that designs are feasible and meet all building codes
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members throughout the project
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, materials, and techniques
- Make adjustments to designs as needed based on client feedback or budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture preferred
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- High level of creativity and attention to detail

Salary: $1000 per month (part-time)

Location: Gujrat (accommodation provided for on-site projects)
