We are in need of a diligent and detail-oriented Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online forums, chat rooms, and social media platforms to ensure that user-generated content adheres to our company's guidelines and policies. You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain objective and unbiased while dealing with sensitive or controversial topics. Previous experience in community management or customer service is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

As this role requires frequent interaction with users from diverse backgrounds, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Portuguese or other languages is a plus. The candidate must also possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while adhering to deadlines.
