Job Title: Senior Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Surveyor to join our team in Almada. As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing all surveying operations and providing technical expertise for various projects. Your main duties will include conducting surveys, analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various methods such as GPS, laser scanners, and total stations
- Collect data, analyze it, and prepare accurate reports on findings
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulations, and industry standards
- Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors on complex projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and troubleshoot issues when necessary
- Continuously update knowledge of new technologies and practices in the field

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position. Salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Location:
This role is based in Almada but may require occasional travel to project sites within the region.
