We are in need of a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Your main duties will include managing product displays, conducting market research, negotiating with suppliers, and monitoring inventory levels.

Requirements:
- Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or a similar role
- Must be able to provide a valid visa and work permit
- Experience in the retail industry is highly advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Plan product displays based on market trends and consumer demands
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms for products
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with the sales team to create promotions and discounts to boost sales
- Train store staff on product knowledge and display techniques
