Construction Project Manager


Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage budgets and timelines. This position is based in Vianden and is open to all candidates with a preference for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely completion of the project.
- Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress against them.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
- Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback as needed.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other industry standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and timelines for construction projects.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
