Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Vianden. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed according to industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction process
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Vianden, Luxembourg (open to candidates of any nationality)
