As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling and removing parts from various types of equipment and machinery. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using tools and equipment to safely and efficiently dismantle items according to company standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be key in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble equipment and machinery using hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment
- Sort and organize removed parts for proper disposal or recycling
- Identify any damaged or worn parts and report them to management
- Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety procedures
- Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Physically able to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment
- Ability to read blueprints or technical diagrams is a plus
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
