We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed according to specifications and regulations. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects in Riyadh, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are followed accurately
- Manage project timelines and budgets, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Monitor progress and quality of work throughout the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and other regulations
- Manage relationships with clients and provide regular updates on project status
- Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and other regulations related to construction
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management software is preferred
