Construction Project Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
- Identify potential risks or issues and implement effective solutions
- Manage change orders and approve project variations as necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as a Construction Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Exceptional project management abilities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software is preferred
Salary: The salary for this position will be competitive based on experience. Visa sponsorship will also be provided for qualified candidates.
