Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Riyadh. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take on a challenging role in the field of construction.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects according to budget and timeline
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel involved in the project
- Monitor progress of construction work and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budget, expenses, and cost control measures
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications
- Prepare progress reports for management and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office suite
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Riyadh (Indian nationals preferred)
