Job Title: Sales Manager in Manama



We are a leading retail company in Manama seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$, and we welcome candidates of all nationalities.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving sales growth. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, setting sales targets, training and coaching the sales team, and monitoring sales performance. You will also be in charge of managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team are essential for this role. Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred.

This is a fast-paced environment that requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also have strong analytical abilities to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
