Junior Architectural Technologist

The Junior Architectural Technologist will support the senior team in the design, development, and construction of architectural projects. They will be responsible for creating technical drawings and specifications, conducting site surveys, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior team in developing designs and plans for architectural projects
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
- Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information for project development
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met
- Stay up-to-date on building codes, regulations, and industry trends
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support project deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Flexibility to take on various tasks as needed

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel (open to candidates of all nationalities)

Salary: $1400/month (negotiable based on experience)

Type: Part-time position (20 hours/week) with potential for full-time employment
