As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into technical drawings and plans. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible. This role requires a strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design concepts are accurately translated.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for drawings.
- Prepare specifications and materials lists for construction projects.
- Review and analyze building codes to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize computer software such as AutoCAD to create 2D and 3D models.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in construction technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in architectural technology or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: 1700$ per month
