Experienced Mason, Malindi



We are seeking an experienced Mason to join our team in Malindi. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using concrete, brick, stone, and other materials based on detailed blueprints and instructions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout, materials required, and dimensions of structures
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions
- Mix cement, sand, and water to create mortar or grout used in construction
- Lay bricks or other materials in a specific pattern according to the blueprints
- Use tools such as trowels, levels, and chisels to smooth and shape materials
- Fill joints between bricks or stones with mortar to create a strong bond
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or stones as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools such as trowels, levels, and chisels
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Type: This is a contract job for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Nationality: Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or Egypt.

Language Requirement: Fluency in English is required.
