Head Chef

We are in search of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Braga. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for cooking and creating delicious dishes, as well as excellent leadership skills. You should have previous experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to handle pressure while maintaining high-quality standards. A degree or diploma in culinary arts is preferred but not required. The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

As the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by developing new menus and dishes using fresh, local ingredients. You will also have the chance to train and mentor junior chefs, helping them grow and develop their skills.
