We are hiring an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Khanpur. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, overseeing staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. You must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all administrative tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Supervise office staff and delegate responsibilities as needed
- Ensure smooth communication between different departments
- Maintain records and files accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
