Architecture Manager - Sheduva, Lithuania


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement architectural designs for various projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and comply with building codes
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other team members to resolve any design or construction issues
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to architecture
- Mentor junior architects in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
