A reputable architecture firm in Sheduva is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. Our firm specializes in high-end residential and commercial projects, with a focus on sustainable design principles.

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and designers, overseeing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the quality and integrity of our designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. A degree in architecture or a related field is required. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs
- Provide innovative design solutions that meet client requirements
- Review project drawings and documentation for accuracy
- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure quality control
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within an architecture firm
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles preferred
