Architecture Manager (Malayalee Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design concept to final construction. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Oversee the production of detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Ensure that projects meet budget and timeline goals
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong design skills with a portfolio showcasing previous projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Malayalee nationality
